Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Career Launch Program offered by Clicks Campus, operated by Clicks Talent Connect Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru.

By subscribing to the platform, you agree to this Refund Policy along with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Fee Breakdown

The total subscription fee of ₹3,999 is divided into:

✔ ₹2,999 – Subscription Fee (Non-Refundable)

This covers training, access to the platform, certification content, mock tests, competitions, and placement support. This amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

✔ ₹1,000 – Refundable Component (Program Completion Refund Eligibility)

This amount is NOT a placement fee and is treated as a Program Completion Fee when the student gets placed or is non-compliant. This ₹1,000 is refunded only if all conditions listed in this policy are met.

2. Non-Refundable Amount

The subscription fee ₹2,999 is 100% non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Student withdrawal
  • Lack of participation
  • Poor attendance
  • Academic workload
  • Delay in job joining
  • Change of mind
  • Any technical or personal reasons

This fee is collected in exchange for access to training and platform services already delivered or made available.

3. Eligibility for Refund of ₹1,000 Refundable Component

A student becomes eligible for the refund of ₹1,000 ONLY IF they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completed ALL program components (live training, certification, project, competition, mock tests)
  • Maintained 90% attendance in live classes
  • Actively participated in all placement drives they were shortlisted for
  • Followed all program and platform rules without any violations
  • Remained unplaced after 18 months of placement support
  • Applied for refund through the Clicks Campus App or Website after placement support period ends
  • Submitted all required documents, proofs, and UPI/payment details correctly

4. Important Placement-Related Refund Conditions

  • A.If the student is placed and receives a joining date → NO refund (₹1,000 becomes Program Completion Fee)
  • B.If the student is placed but refuses to join → NO refund (Non-joining by choice is not eligible)
  • C.If the student is placed but the company delays joining → NO refund (Delay does not qualify for refund)
  • D.If the student is placed but the company cancels the offer → Eligible for refund (Only if all other conditions are met)
  • E.If the student gives false information to attend a drive → NO refund (Student will also be permanently blacklisted)
  • F.If the student cancels subscription before or during placement support → NO refund

5. Refund Application Timeline

Refund is NOT automatically processed. A student must:

  • Apply for refund ONLY after completion of 18 months of placement support
  • Apply within 12 months after the placement support end date
  • Submit all required information correctly
  • Apply through the Clicks Campus App or Website only

❗ If the student does NOT apply within the 12-month window: The refund becomes VOID and cannot be claimed later. No exceptions will be made.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a valid refund application is received:

  • Refund will be processed within 15 working days
  • Payment will be made to the UPI ID or account details provided by the student
  • Incorrect or invalid payment details will delay processing

7. Non-Indian Students

If a non-Indian student subscribes under the Career Launch Program:

  • The fee is entirely non-refundable
  • They are not eligible for the ₹1,000 refund under any circumstances

8. Situations Where Refund Will NOT Be Given

The refund of ₹1,000 will NOT be issued if:

  • Student is placed and receives a joining date
  • Student refuses to join after selection
  • Student gives false information
  • Attendance is below 90%
  • Student misses placement drives
  • Student violates platform policies
  • Student applies for refund before 18 months
  • Student applies after 12 months of placement support ending
  • Student cancels or withdraws mid-program
  • Student fails to complete mandatory components
  • Student is a non-Indian citizen
  • Student engages in misconduct with companies or trainers

9. Misrepresentation, Fraud & Document Tampering

If a student falsifies ANY information (academic, personal, resume, experience, certificates, etc.) for attending company drives:

  • No refund will be given
  • Placement support will be immediately terminated
  • Recruiting company will cancel their offer
  • Student account may be permanently deactivated

Clicks Campus follows strict anti-fraud policies to protect companies and other students.

10. Refund Policy for Institutional MoU Students

Students receiving training or placement services under an MoU with their educational institution:

  • Refund rules will be governed as per the specific MoU
  • Institutional MoU terms shall override the individual subscription refund rules
