1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, subscribing, attending training, participating in assessments, engaging with placement support, or using any Clicks Campus service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Welcome to Clicks Campus, operated by Clicks Talent Connect Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any Clicks Campus service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue usage of the platform.
2. Applicability of Terms Under Institutional MoU
If a student receives training or placement support under an MoU between their educational institution and Clicks Campus:
- •All business terms, responsibilities, benefits, and obligations shall follow the mutually agreed MoU between the institution and Clicks Campus.
- •Institutional MoU terms take precedence over individual subscription terms.
3. Eligibility for Career Launch Program
To enroll under the Career Launch Program:
- •The student must be a citizen of India.
- •Must be a graduate/postgraduate student of a recognized institution.
- •Must provide accurate personal, academic, and ID information.
- •Must use the platform only for educational and career-development purposes.
Non-Indian Students
If a non-Indian student registers and pays the subscription fee: The fee is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
4. Subscription Fee Structure
The Career Launch Program Fee of ₹3,999 is divided as follows:
✔ ₹2,999 – Subscription Fee (Non-Refundable)
Includes GST. Covers training, platform access, assessments, and support.
✔ ₹1,000 – Refundable Portion (Program Completion Refund Eligibility)
This is NOT a placement fee. This amount is treated as a Program Completion Fee if the student gets placed OR is retained by Clicks Campus for non-compliance.
Legal Compliance
- •Clicks Campus does not charge any placement fee under any circumstances.
- •The ₹1,000 is tied to program completion, NOT job placement.
5. Subscription Validity
- •Subscription is valid for 24 months.
- •Placement support is valid for 18 months, starting mid-final year.
6. Live Training, Attendance, Assessments & Projects
- •Students must attend all scheduled live classes.
- •90% attendance in live sessions is mandatory to maintain active status, receive course completion certificates, continue placement support, and qualify for the refundable ₹1,000.
- •All students must complete: Mandatory Technical Project (Report + Presentation + Demo) and Mandatory Technical Competition.
- •All students must complete: Technical certification course, Required mock tests (50+ as applicable), and Assignments and submissions.
Failure to complete mandatory program components results in loss of certificate eligibility, placement support, and refund eligibility.
7. Technical Certification Courses
- •Only one certification is included in the subscription.
- •Certification is issued only upon completing all content, quizzes, and evaluations.
- •Additional certification courses (if opted by the student) require separate payment and are NOT included in the subscription fee.
8. Misrepresentation & Fraud
If a student provides false information, submits fraudulent documents, or fakes eligibility to attend a company drive, then:
- •The recruiting company may cancel the student's offer as per their policies.
- •The ₹1,000 refundable component will NOT be refunded.
- •Student will be permanently disqualified from Clicks Campus placement support.
9. Placement Support (18 Months)
Placement support includes:
- •Unlimited company drives
- •Resume shortlisting
- •Mock interviews (HR & Technical)
- •Test preparation assistance
- •Job notifications
Conditions:
- •Student must attend all shortlisted drives.
- •Must maintain professionalism with companies.
- •Must submit all required placement documents accurately.
- •Clicks Campus does not guarantee employment.
Coordination Responsibility
Clicks Campus will support the student till the date of joining is issued by the company. After the joining date is provided, Clicks Campus is not responsible for any issue between the candidate and the recruiting company.
10. Program Completion Refund (₹1,000 Refundable Portion)
Refund is applicable ONLY if ALL the following conditions are met:
- ✔Student completes all program components
- ✔90% live class attendance
- ✔Participates in all required placement drives
- ✔Follows all program rules
- ✔Remains unplaced after 18 months of placement support
- ✔Applies for refund through the official process
Important Conditions:
- A.If student is placed & receives a joining date → NO refund (₹1,000 becomes Program Completion Fee)
- B.If student is placed but REFUSES to join → NO refund
- C.If student is placed but offer is CANCELLED BY THE COMPANY → Student treated as "unplaced" → Eligible for refund (subject to full compliance)
- D.If student applies for cancellation before or during placement support → NO refund
Refund Processing Time
Refund will be processed within 15 working days after validation of student's refund application.
Mandatory Refund Request Timeline
Refund is NOT automatic. Student must:
- •Apply on the Clicks Campus App or Website
- •AFTER completing 18 months placement support
- •WITH all required documents & payment/UPI details
- •WITHIN 12 months after placement support ends
If the student fails to apply within 12 months: Refund becomes VOID. No exceptions.
11. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refund (₹1,000) will NOT be issued if:
- •Student gets placed and receives joining date
- •Student refuses to join after selection
- •Student submits false information
- •Attendance is below 90%
- •Student violates platform policies
- •Student quits or cancels subscription
- •Student applies for refund before completion of 18-month placement support
- •Non-Indian student applied under subscription model
12. Cancellation Policy
- •The subscription fee ₹2,999 is strictly non-refundable.
- •Subscription cannot be cancelled at any point.
- •Withdrawing from training or placement support does not entitle the student to any refund.
13. Prohibited Activities
Students must NOT:
- •Share login credentials
- •Record or distribute training content
- •Copy or distribute test questions
- •Use bots or scripts
- •Misbehave with trainers or companies
- •Share confidential company information
Violation leads to immediate account termination and loss of all benefits.
14. Intellectual Property
All study material, videos, tests, branding, content, and digital assets belong exclusively to Clicks Talent Connect Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised sharing or reproduction is prohibited.
15. Third-Party Services
Students may interact with third-party tools for payment, video streaming, assessments, etc. Clicks Campus is not responsible for issues arising from third-party systems.
16. Platform Availability
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. Clicks Campus is not liable for such interruptions.
17. Limitation of Liability
Clicks Campus is not liable for:
- •Hiring decisions made by companies
- •Delays or cancellations of joining dates
- •Candidate performance
- •Network/device issues
- •Any loss arising from use of the platform
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, under jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
