By accessing or using our website, platform, or B2B enterprise services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue usage of the platform.

These terms govern your access to the Clicks Campus institutional assessment platform, corporate hiring pipelines, and any associated APIs or dashboards.

For our institutional and corporate partners:

• •All business terms, responsibilities, benefits, pricing, and obligations shall follow the mutually agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between your organization and Clicks Campus.
• •In the event of a conflict between these general terms and your specific SLA or MoU, the SLA or MoU shall take precedence.

When utilizing our corporate hiring or institutional training platforms, you agree to:

• •Use the services only for lawful, authorized recruiting and educational purposes.
• •Maintain the confidentiality of all candidate data, assessment scores, and internal platform metrics provided to you.
• •Not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary assessment algorithms of the Clicks Campus platform.

Clicks Campus acts as a data processor for the candidate data collected during campus hiring drives and assessments. As a corporate partner or institution, you agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling candidate data exported or viewed through our platform.

Clicks Campus provides the platform and services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our platform or hiring recommendations.
